This is the official CU Alumni Association Club for the Aspen, CO area.
The “Aspen Buffs” CU Alumni Club was launched with our first event on 9/18/2008 at the Crystal Palace Grille, an Aspen Watch Party for the Thursday night ESPN game: CU vs. West Virginia, the 2nd annual “Black Out” game, and a thrilling 17-14 overtime victory for the Buffs!

CU Football watch parties for Aspen Buffs will held at La Cantina again this year (at corner of Main & Mill Streets), so please come on out and join us! They’ll have happy hour prices on food & drinks during the game for Buff fans, and we will have CU gear to give away! Go Buffs!!!

Celebrate the Buff spirit: Chancellor’s Community Visit
Please join Chancellor Philip P. DiStefano, athletic director Mike Bohn and coaches Darian Hagan (Soc’01) and Mike Rohn for a complimentary barbeque to celebrate the competitive spirit and commitment to excellence shared by CU-Boulder Buffs wherever they may roam. Bring the kids for free face tattoos and souvenir Buff photos! R.S.V.P. by June 1.

ANNOUNCEMENT — BIG NEWS — SPRING ALUMNI EVENT!!!
Join us for a Roaring Buffalo BBQ in Basalt, on May 29th, 2009, with Coach Dan Hawkins, Head Coach of the Colorado Football team, and Wayne Hutchens, President and CEO of the CU Foundation. The location for this event will be Tom (Bus’73) & Linda (Educ’71) Clark’s Ranch in Basalt, CO.
This Western style BBQ , for University of Colorado alumni and friends in the Roaring Fork Valley, is sure to be a can’t-miss event for all you proud Buffs out there! Click here for more information and to register.
